Background

Once a storied mage of varied accomplishments, Orion Lapis has started their life over again in finding their ability to manipulate Aether beginning to wane. In settling down into their new life, they've felt themself drawn to a new calling: music. Having dusted off their lute after stowing it away for so long, their search for the new and unknown begins anew in finding the perfect songs to match the newfound peace in their heart.

  • While unable to manipulate Aether, Orion is still quite knowledgeable about the various disciplines of magic users as well as other Aetherial applications.

  • Despite their inability to directly manipulate Aether, their body still has a deep Aetherpool, and draws upon it through their memories.

  • The scar on their stomach comes from a trip to the Golmore Jungle in which they helped their sister Vjld come down from a nearly month long Mist induced frenzy.

  • If your character is from the Dei-Ijla clan, they might recognize each other from the time Orion grew up with their clan as Orna Dei-Ijla. They left the Jungle at age 12, so feel free to walk up/tell if you'd like to engage me.
